1. Do I have to be out of the house when you are cleaning? No, you can stay at your home if you wish. If you’re not going to be there, we simply ask for safe access to your premise. If you are going to be there, that is okay too. We will do our best to work around you.

 

2. Does it matter if I have a pet? No, as long as your pet is comfortable with other humans in its space. The Happy Planet Cleaning staff are big pet lovers, with furry friends of our own. So long as they’re happy, we’re happy, too. 

 

3. What cleaning products do you use? Primarily we use a mixture of Koala Eco cleaning products, and Zero Co. All cleaning products are Australian made and owned, chemical free, cruelty free and most importantly, safe for our clients and the planet. 

 

4. Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, or do I need to provide them? You don’t need to supply anything (unless you want to). We pride ourselves on making our clients' lives easier, and therefore do not require you to do/supply anything. 

 

5. Do you charge an hourly rate? No, most of our cleaning is done based on a fixed rate. This is determined by the size of the premise and  how often our cleaning services are used. A fixed rate ensures that we are able to complete all the cleaning to our high standards. Regardless of the time spent, the charge will be the same upon booking. However, our bespoke cleans are charged using an hourly rate.

 

6.
